The historical Ccloud corporate accounting V2.0 update describes the development of data quality, emissions, reduction and reporting modules. This page preserves that version’s design approach. Current functions depend on the demonstration and agreed scope.
Activity-data imports and accounting-model matching support data entry. Imported records still need checks of units, sources, periods and factor applicability. Importing a file does not establish that its data quality has been approved.
Models can be configured for industry and business needs, with templates reused within an organization. Templates contain emission sources and related factors. Confirm consistent boundaries and activity conditions before reuse, rather than copying one unit’s assumptions to every other unit.
An emission-source dictionary organizes source descriptions, activity information, factors and evaluation details into a shared structure across departments. It supports later retrieval, entry and analysis by emission source.
The version also described report choices related to GHG Protocol and ISO 14064, summaries and reduction-project management. Selecting a report format does not automatically establish compliance with every requirement. Base-year information and actual reduction records still need consistency and traceability.
